Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

Drawing on individual strengths to create well oiled teams.

Is there someone at work that you don’t see eye to eye with? Does their way of working frustrate you? Most of us experience this at one time or another, it can simply be down to having different personality preferences.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a well researched tool with over 60 years of practical application behind it. It identifies 16 different personality types, all with their own natural strengths. The great thing about MBTI is that it doesn’t seek to box people, in fact quite the opposite. It recognises that although preferences come more naturally, we are all capable of behaving in any way we choose (e.g. some may prefer last minute pressure but they can still plan ahead if they choose).
