Pinsent Masons Banking & Finance Group approached us to help them run their annual conference in Portugal.

As one of the UK's top law firms, they were finding that their employees needed time out to think smartly about how to make their own and their clients' lives a little easier.

The primary focus of the conference was to be on time and self management. Our clients wanted to make it fun and different.

Wow we took a risk with this one! Within minutes of starting we had over 100 partners, solicitors and secretaries relaxed and enjoying themselves enough to try their hand at juggling, plate spinning, creating pieces of artwork and even singing!

We had overwhelming feedback that this had not only been really good fun but it had also been valuable by equipping the group with some practical tools that they are now benefitting from at work back in the UK.
