An interactive workshop that helps further a team's understanding of the tool, as well as each other’s working preferences.

As a result of this workshop participants will:

• Increase their understanding of MBTI types.
• Have an opportunity to find out how other members of the team see them.
• Have a forum in which to give each other effective feedback safely.
• Work as a team to plan how they’ll make their team type-friendly (for colleagues and clients).
