One off setup fees are paid at the start of the coaching course (after the free taster session).

Taster Session

A 30 minutes taster session in which we get to know each other.  The purpose of this session is for you to experience coaching, and for us to decide at the end of the call if we're right for each other.

Discovery Session

The Discovery Session allows you and your coach to design a coaching alliance.
In this in-depth discussion your coach will be gathering information about you to make sure that future sessions are individually tailored to you.
You will also have the oppurtunity to input and shape your coachig experience.

Once the setup session is complete, we then begin the coaching sessions.

Depending on your preference, you can choose whether to have either:

• 2 x 1 hour coaching sessions per month.
• 3 x 40 minute coaching sessions per month.

As the client you'll be in charge of bringing the agenda to the table and from time to time we will check on progress towards your goals and aspirations.
